I have just found Atomica.net; one of the blogsphere's most popular contributers. The author, Heather (age 18), from Kansas - has done some amazing work - and will most likely continue to do so.
She offers free PhotoShop brushes for your downloading and PERSONAL use pleasure. While her primary focus does not seem to be Scrapbooking or Digital Scrapbooking - her stuff will apply.
You must read her terms and conditions before downloading, but you will love her work.
